Our mission, Green Pastures, has been a part of First Presbyterian Church’s ministry to the community since the 1990s, and it focuses on helping individuals stay in their homes. They provide “Micro Grants” for financial needs such as utility, medical and other bills. They also provided directions for the use of other community services.

Green Pastures meets on the first and third Wednesdays of the month. Those seeking resource assistance should arrive promptly at 1:00 p.m. All people present may enter their names into a drawing, and the first eight names drawn will be guaranteed to be seen. When you come, please provide documentation for your needs, if applicable. For example, please bring your utility bill if you need help with utilities. If you need gas, please bring your current car license, registration, and proof of insurance.
