Welcome to First Pres SLO
We are more than just an old stone church on the corner of Marsh and Morro. We are an inclusive, caring community that comes together each week to hear the teachings of Jesus Christ and celebrate the grace of God. We are a safe place where strangers become friends, the wounded can find spiritual care, and the skeptic can ask questions. We live as the hands and feet of Jesus Christ, serving others in our community and around the world.
Join us for Vacation Bible School!
This year’s theme is “Let Your Light Shine” (Matthew 5:16). Each day will be filled with Bible lessons, music, crafts, games, stories, and snacks. We invite you to volunteer for a day or more to help us build relationships with the kids and leaders. If you’re interested, please reach out to Jen to let her know how you can contribute. Together, we’ll learn to share our light with our neighbors and the world!
